CABBAGE SALAD
The medium cabbage must be cut in large and thin sheets/stripes, and wash well under the running water. Leave the cabbage to drain as better as is possible and put it into a bowl.
Add salt and generous quantity of vinegar to the cabbage and mix well.
We sprinkle the paprika on the salad and ( put it aside/book it).
