A diet rich in garlic

Garlic is originated in Asia, long ago Egyptian used it as essential food in their diet. Since then, large properties have been attributed. Do you want to know how garlic can help you to  prevent diseases? One of its main characteristics is its capacity to reduce cholesterol levels and blood triglyceride. Garlic increase HDL levels. Also, it has important disinfectant properties on the intestine.

When you eat garlic, you are consuming an important amount of allicin, which decompose into hydrogen sulphide causing bad breath. This hydrogen sulphide  is a strong antioxidant. So, a diet rich in garlic can prevent cardiovascular and hypertension diseases. It can protects you against differents cancers too, like breast cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer.

You may ask yourself how to remove bad breath after eating garlic. Well, there are some ‘tricks’ as; chew parsley leaves, mint, eucalyptus, rosemary, fennel seeds or cardamom. Also drinking green tea or lemon juice.
